If you have the misfortune of getting an injury, mark down details about the accident in your log. Even a minor injury should be noted because it might otherwise turn up as a chronic pain that emerges with the initial cause forgotten.
Note the following:
mechanism of injury
pain
any immobility
swelling
treatment or care
medical suppport
If the injury is nagging or recurring, you can have a special folder setup to log the injury and rehabilitaion details in a separate category from your workout journal. The injury category can be a subcategory of your workout log that bubbles up to show in the workout category as well the injury category.
