One to One Training, Remote Training via Video Chat, and Group Training are all scheduled using Google Calendar. If you don’t want to set up a Google account, you can still view your calendar in person (see last paragraph).
Google Calendar allows people to have multiple calendars in their own calendar account. You can fully control your own calendars, but you will not be able to edit the workout schedule from Exercise-Reports.com. You can add your own workout schedule that you fully manage and you can share that calendar back to Exercise-Reports.com. Google Calendar uses Checkbox Lists to view single or multiple calendars by turning them on or off. This way you can quickly see your personal training workouts alone, or your own solo workouts alone, or both types of workouts together.
YOU WILL GET A NOTIFICATION
Exercisereports.com will share your workout schedule calendar with your existing Google Calendar account. You will get a notification that looks something like this:
We are writing to let you know that Exercisereports.com Google Calendar Account Nickname” has given you access to view events on the Google Calendar called “Name (usually your first name and last initial)”.
We have automatically added this calendar to your Google Calendar account. You can hide or completely remove this calendar at any time.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
Simply log in to your Google Calendar account. Remember, you can create other calendars that Exercise-Reports cannot not view. Your ExerciseReports calendar is automatically listed at left.
HOW IT WORKS
Exercise-Reports.com has its own master Google Calendar account and multiple client sub-accounts. Your sub-account is ‘Exercise-Reports USER NAME’ at aprioriathletics.com with a nickname of ‘your calendar nickname’ (usually your first name and last initial). You and Exercise-Reports.com can privately view this calendar, but only Exercise-Reports.com fully owns and manages this calendar. This is why you have received an email from ‘Exercise-Reports USER NAME’ at aprioriathletics.com that informs you that your personal training schedule calendar has been share with you.
In short review: In order for you to see your schedule — and only your schedule — your schedule information is shared to your Google account that is associated with YOUR email address (the one that you inform Exercise-Reports.com that you want to use).
Whenever we agree on an appointment time, Exercise-Reports.com will update the information to the master schedule and your sub-account (‘Exercise-Reports USER NAME’ at aprioriathletics.com). The information will be instantly shared with your Google Calendar Account (user: YOUR e-mail address). The scheduled information is updated instantly onsite at the workout location or anytime you phone in a request, but may take several hours to show. You cannot make changes to the workout schedule, except one-to-one in person or by phone or by e-mail. If you don’t get same-day response to an email request for a schedule change, please use the telephone at least 24 hours before meeting or cancellation.
Remember, you can use your own Google Account to schedule your own events or to log your own goals, exercise journal or workouts that you do on your own. If you want, we can set it up so your own calendar shares back to Exercise-Reports.com (see instructions for sharing back your solo workouts). The calendars also work with the Exercise-Reports.com journal that allows greater details and resources for fitness, health and wellness information.
Let us know if you have any trouble or if you need help. If you don’t see your appointments after you set up your own Google Calendar, please call or e-mail ExerciseReports.com.
IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SET UP A GOOGLE CALENDAR ACCOUNT …
You can still see your calendar in person or request it be sent to you by email at any time. Therefore, if you don’t want to bother with setting up your own Google calendar, you can ignore the invitation and setup instructions. You may receive one free copy of your schedule per month via e-mail. Exercise-Reports.com reserves the right to charge a fee for multiple requests to send a calendar.
